We recognize the following grounds for a justified cancellation free of charge (including refund of the advance payment):

• Generally – without giving reasons – up to 3 months before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded or you will receive a value voucher as a deposit for a date of a replacement stay within the current season to be determined already at cancellation.

The following reasons are deemed insufficient grounds for cancellation free of charge:

• In case of cancellation, if your arrival is 90 to 60 days or less away, we will retain the deposit of 30% of the total price. In return, you will receive a voucher for a new booking to be made at the time of cancellation for a date within the current season.
• In case of cancellation, if your arrival is 60 to 30 days away, we will also retain the deposit of 30% of the total price and send you a settled invoice.
• In case of cancellation, if your arrival is 30 to 7 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total price is to be paid. The deposit of 30% will be retained, and the remaining amount up to 70% of the total price will be invoiced and must be paid by the guest.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The deposit of 30% will be retained, and the remaining 70% of the total price will be invoiced and must be paid by the guest.
• In case of late or early departure, the total price will be charged.

• A cancellation is not pleasant for the guest and also not for the landlord, for this reason we appreciate in case of cancellation the personal consultation with our guests and with me as the owner of the company.
