We recognize the following grounds for a justified cancellation free of charge (including refund of the advance payment):

• Generally – without giving reasons – up to 3 months before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded or you will receive a value voucher as a deposit for a date of a replacement stay within the current season to be determined already at cancellation.
• In cases where the border has been closed, public authorities have closed businesses, or in the event of a general lockdown.

The following reasons are deemed insufficient grounds for cancellation free of charge:

• Without giving any reason, if your arrival is 90-60 days or less away. In this case we retain the deposit of 30% of the total price as a cancellation fee, in return you will receive a value voucher for a date of a replacement stay within the current season already to be determined at the time of cancellation.
• Without giving reasons, if your arrival is up to 30 days or less away. In this case we retain the deposit of 30% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
• One week before arrival 100% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of late or early departure, the total price will be charged.

• A cancellation is not pleasant for the guest and also not for the landlord, for this reason we appreciate in case of cancellation the personal consultation with our guests and with me as the owner of the company.
